Lisa Knisley has been practicing with Dr. Courtney since joining the group in 1996. She has been practicing as an orthopaedic Physician Assistant since 1987.

She received her Bachelor of Science degree at Lynchburg College in Virginia. Mrs. Knisley then earned her certification as a Physician Assistant at Essex Community College in Baltimore, MD. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. Mrs. Knisley is a member of both the American Academy of Physicians Assistants and Maryland Academy of Physician Assistants.
