KAREN PIPKIN, MS, CRNP

Karen Pipkin joined the practice of Chesapeake Orthopaedic and Sports Medicine Center in February 2002. In the practice, Ms. Pipkin diagnoses and treats common orthopaedic problems including sports injuries and fractures. In addition, she coordinates Chesapeake’s Bone Density Program. Ms. Pipkin graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 1986 with a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing. She gained extensive experience in Critical and Emergency Medicine prior to graduate school and in 1998 she received her Master of Science degree in nursing from the University of Maryland. She is board certified as an Acute Care and Family Nurse Practitioner.
